Silver and Bronze Gaisce adventure

As part of the Gaisce award, students have to plan, train for and complete an outdoor Adventure Journey as part of a team. This Adventure Journey experience provides a unique, challenging and memorable experience to the students. The Adventure journey for the Bronze Gaisce students involves a trip over 2 days and 1 night and for the Silver Gaisce students it’s over 3 days and 2 nights. The Bronze Gaisce student’s took part in a 25km walk on Wednesday the 25th of April and the Silver Gaisce students completd this walk and another 25km walk on Thursday the 26th of April in Waterford. Well done to all the Gaisce students involved and thanks to their President Award Leaders Ms P. Buckley and Ms. Walsh for travelling with them.
