Great win for Boys’ Basketball

Huge Congrats are in order for the U16 Boys’ Basketball Team who had a great win today against Saint Eunan’s College, Letterkenny 33-55.  It was definitely worth the long journey to Donegal yesterday evening. Today's under 16 Squad was Mark,Matthew,Eli, Emmet, Kelvin, Jack, Connor and Ruairi. Matthew was today's top scorer with 14 points and next up was Eli and Kelvin who scored 11 points each. Outstanding defiance by all with Mark Maguire pulling down 23 rebounds and Emmet o Shea shutting out all possible outside opportunities. SMGS go through to the last eight of the National Cup. Opposition still to be confirmed.
