It was a fantastic privilege to finally open our new school campus in a bright, sunny day last Friday. Bishop William Crean turned the sod on the site almost three years ago to the day and it was an honour to welcome the Bishop back to officially open and bless the school.
It has been a momentous week for Scoil Mhuire Gan Smál. We had the privilege of welcoming Minister for Education Norma Foley. We were so proud for her to meet our students and see the wonderful work that is been done by the staff and students in the new school campus.
Huge double celebrations today in SMGS! We had the pleasure of honouring two very special students from the class of 2023.
