TY ‘Blarney Beef’ complete interview stages

Members of Blarney Beef- Nessa Crowley, Sally O’Donovan, Sarah Aherne Isobelle Punch and Morgan Turner (absent from photo) attended an interview today in the South Court Hotel, Limerick. This interview was the next stage of the Certified Irish Angus Beef Schools' Competition. Each student had to display their knowledge of the importance of angus beef, how they have promoted it to date and their future plans to a panel of 6 expert judges. Blarney Beef will now wait to hear if they were successful in progressing to the next Stage of the competition which will take place in Croke Park in March.
