Sean Crean McCarthy World Karate.

Sean McCarthy has been selected by the world karate federation and the Olympic council of Ireland to represent his country at the Youth Olympics  in Buenos Aires this October.

This is a massive achievement as he is only one of 8 others throughout the world under 18 to get the chance and Sean is still 16.

His brother Chris has been selected to go with him as his training partner. We hope the everyone will get behind them as they have the potential to do for Irish Karate what the O’Donovan brothers have done for Irish rowing.

We are very proud of him obviously and are only delighted to spread the good news.
