Operation Transformation comes to SMGS

As the new year begins, we welcome Operation Transformation to SMGS in January 2018. After the Christmas excesses, we are all dying to get moving and get fit. So sign up for 5 weeks of fun and fitness every Thursday in the school hall. Staff and students welcome. 

There is a sign up fee of €10 for the 5 week programme. Ms O'Neill and is going to be our boot camp leader and mentor.
